What it does
Cases and lab slips
Record a doctor's order: patient, teeth, work type, shade, production parameters and special instructions. Print the lab slip. Marks for rush, new doctor and special attention.
Production
Stages and technicians, assignment to in-house staff or an outsourcing partner, designer queue, "fires" for cases that are running late, traffic calendar.
Invoices and payments
Invoice preview, PDF, printing and e-mail; discounts and markups; payment records; statements; payment terms and reminders; optional payment links through the laboratory's own Stripe account.
Delivery and labels
4×6 shipping labels, case labels and local labels, delivery records, carrier selection with the carrier's own site for tracking.
Clinic and doctor portal
Doctors and clinics see their cases, documents and conversations through the laboratory's portal. A mobile shell for technicians and doctors connects to the same laboratory computer.
Digital Inbox
Scans and files arrive by e-mail or through the laboratory's own Telegram bot and become cases.
Analytics
Money, orders, production, problems and payments (paid, unpaid, due soon, overdue) with PDF export.
Setup helper
Step-by-step setup: laboratory profile, e-mail from the laboratory's own mailbox, shipping labels and carriers, payment terms, team accounts.
AI assistant connection
Optional connection of an AI assistant application on the same computer through a local adapter, only with the laboratory's explicit consent and within the limits shown before connecting.
Where your data lives
Prime Lab Admin runs on the laboratory's main computer. Cases, patients, doctors, clinics, invoices, payments, documents and messages are stored in a database and document folders on that computer. Prime Dental Lab Inc. does not host that data and has no access to it.
The program connects to the internet only for functions the laboratory sets up itself: checking for a new release, sign-in with Google, the laboratory's own e-mail mailbox, the laboratory's own Stripe or Telegram accounts, and remote access through the laboratory's own Cloudflare account. Updates
When a new release is published, the program shows a card "Version N is available" the next time it is opened, with the choice to update now or later. Releases are published at github.com/Prime-Lab-inc/labadmin-releases.
